1) Take a look at the property at a time that is convenient for you so we can analyze the condition and repairs if needed.

2) I generally make a cash offer on the AS-IS condition of the property same day.

3) Once we agree on a price that works for the both of us we sign a simple 1 page agreement to sell the home for cash and as-is.

4) I then send over the agreement to a local title company who checks the property for liens and mortgages.

5) Once the title company is done checking the property for liens and mortgages, we set up a date convenient for you to sign over the deed and get paid.
